We want you to feel confident in your BN3TH gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear must be unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label immediately.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure the prepaid label to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
